Mechanical machining

Manufacturing of parts and units by mechanical machining:

  • sheet stamping on presses with force from 6,3 to 160 t;
  • elementwise stamping on NC presses;
  • hot die stamping on presses with force from 40 t to 400 t;
  • cold metalware heading up to ø4 mm;
  • spring winding on machines with ø of wire from 0,3 to 2,5 mm;
  • mechanical machining (tathe, milling, grinding, modular-type, gear-making up to 6 accuracy degree) of all kinds of materials with parts output up to 5 accuracy degree with surfaces roughness up to 11 rating on universal equipment and NC equipment using five-axis machining;
  • manufacturing of parts from sheet material on NC laser cutting plant.
