Shutoff single-turn electric actuators

General-purpose or explosion-proof shutoff single-turn electric actuators manufactured by the enterprise are intended for installing on shutoff valves (ball, disk-shaped, etc.) with Du from 25 mm to 300 mm and operating environment pressure of Ru up to 1,6 MPa.

General-industry shutoff mechanisms have designation “SSM” (MZO) – shutoff single-turn mechanism. Explosion-proof shutoff single-turn mechanisms have designation – “ESSM” (MZOV) – explosion-proof shutoff single-turn mechanism. The following is noted in designation of mechanism: nominal torque (Nm), full stroke time (seconds) and full stroke value (rotations).

Explosion-proof electric mechanisms have Explosion-proof certificate and Authorization of Rostechnadzor for application.

All electric actuators have double-ended limitation facilities of torque, two limit, two position and two torque switches. Shutoff electric actuators are recommended to use in combination with PU-1 local control console (section Control Units).

Recommended connection schemes are given below at the site. For viewing of recommended connection scheme of a specific electric mechanism, given below, it is necessary to open its description. Another connection scheme is possible to use upon condition of engaging torque switched of the mechanism in it.
