We handle these problem applying state-of-the-art hr-technologies:
- Staff development program is available at “Aviaavtomatika” named after V. Tarasov” JSC in accordance to strategic purposes. We use different training methods for the Community employees: specialized and manufacture-economic courses, seminars, trainings, mastering of allied professions, Corporate training unit is established, etc.
- Staff recruitment program is developed at the enterprise. Mutual cooperation agreements are concluded with industry-specific institutions of higher and secondary specialized education within the terms of execution of the given project, base chairs are established and functioning at the enterprise, major vocational guidance work is conducted: organization of excursions, work experience and pre-graduation internship for students, the employees are actively involved in “Career fairs”.
- Internal PR of our Community is destined to raise a level of loyalty and motivation of the staff, to establish mutual understanding between the corporate management and employees.
